Today marks National Freedom Day, a day that commemorates the signing of the 13th Amendment, abolishing slavery in the United States. It's a day when, thanks to the work of Richard R. Wright and other civil rights advocates, we honor our pledge to freedom for all.
HUGE shout out and thank you to all the PTA sponsors and volunteers who make our Mallard Mall possible. This reward incentive brings such joy and excitement to our Mallards, and it wouldn't be possible without the generosity of our awesome PTA! We love you!
Our House Leaders made us proud last night, as they lead everyone in the Pledge of Allegiance at the Henrico County School Board Meeting. Way to go, Gratos, Grulla, Veritas, Fidelis, and Sadiq! 5 Houses, 1 Family! #TopSchool!

We celebrated accomplishments and hard work at our Q2 Pep Rallies! We welcomed new House members, cheered House Chants, played games and had a blast being together! Thank you Precision Step Team for helping us celebrate! Now we're ready to take off into Q3! #5Houses1Family
So proud of Anna Thomas, Maybeury's Spelling Bee Rep. She did an amazing job making it to the 5th round! Way to go Anna! Anna's brother, and Maybeury alum, 7th grader Ro Thomas, was the HCPS Spelling Bee Champion, going to 18 rounds! Wow! 🤩🥳
